By downloading, accessing, or using the "Wish'em" application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Google Drive account. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

3. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed notifications, or damages resulting from your use of the application.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
